By accessing or using GRASPLR (the “Services”), including https://grasplr.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use GRASPLR. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Membership accounts are personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
4. PLR and AI Content Licensing
GRASPLR provides access to digital materials, including Private Label Rights (PLR) products and AI-assisted content. Unless otherwise stated, your purchase or membership grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content under the following conditions:
You May:
- Edit, customize, and rebrand PLR content.
- Resell or redistribute the content as your own product, subject to restrictions below.
- Use the content for personal or commercial projects.
You May Not:
- Resell or redistribute PLR content in its original, unmodified form.
- Sell or share PLR content as PLR (i.e., granting your buyers the same rights you received).
- Misrepresent the origin of content as exclusively your creation if it remains substantially unaltered.
- Use the content in any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful manner.
5. Payments and Refunds
- All prices are displayed in [NZD/USD—choose one] unless otherwise noted.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment details.
- All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instant access and duplicable nature of PLR content, no refunds are offered once content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- The GRASPLR name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property.
- Except for licensed PLR materials, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform content without prior written consent.
7. User Responsibilities
By using GRASPLR, you agree that you will not:
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Services.
- Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Circumvent any security or access restrictions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We make no guarantees of earnings, results, or suitability of PLR or AI content for any specific purpose.
- Use of content is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws before using or reselling content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- GRASPLR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
- Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms,
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct, or
- Misuse PLR licensing rights.
Upon termination, your license to use GRASPLR content may also be revoked at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand, unless local law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
