Effective Date: March 1, 2025
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms for individuals who join GRASPLR as members, whether free or paid. By becoming a member, you agree to the following:
1. Membership Access
- Membership provides access to digital resources, including PLR and AI-assisted content, subject to licensing terms.
- Membership accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.
2. Payment and Renewals
- Membership fees, where applicable, are billed as stated at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly, yearly, or one-time).
- Renewals will be billed automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
3. Use of Content
- Members may use, edit, and resell PLR content in accordance with our [Terms of Service].
- PLR content may not be resold as PLR or distributed unmodified.
- Members are responsible for ensuring that any content they use complies with laws and platform policies.
4. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate membership if a member breaches this Agreement or the [Terms of Service].
- Upon termination, access to membership resources will end immediately.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
5. Changes to Membership
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership benefits, features, or pricing.
- Members will be notified of material changes where possible.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
